Working with clients like Greg Sprando Construction and Turtle Mountain is a blessing. Their eye for quality craftsmanship and keen execution of design forward construction take front stage in this small condo project, maximizing every fine detail. Together, we were able to keep the modern aesthetic consistent throughout the space while curating designs from nine different Chown product lines from world renowned decorative hardware brands. The transformation of this remodel into a quality living space worthy of it’s surrounding neighborhood in Portland’s Pearl District is an accomplishment we’re all proud to have been a part of.
